While good positioning is useful for every party, if your team has an abundance of melee fighters the combination of temporary hit points and movement will probably be worth more. WebEcho knight probably is the strongest fighter subclass, but it can't do what you said. The echo doesn't count as a creature, so can't provide flanking, nor can it provide the ally you need for sneak attack.
