WebThey probably want to keep weapons exclusive within their "loot category" so to speak. Similar to how many trinkets work. As far as transmog, Holy paladins (and shaman) can transmog their two handed weapons into Legion artifacts of the opposite swing speed no problem, also not an issue. This is true.
